Quality Guaranteed
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Has time suddenly come to a stop? Not to worry, we can help. Most batteries can be changed within minutes while you shop. We use Swiss Renata batteries and guarantee all of our batteries for a year.
WATCH BANDS
Is it time to give your watch a new look? Perhaps you watch band is has seen better days. We carry a wide selection of Hadley Roma bands including leather, lizzard, expansion bands as well as rubber and silicone sport bands for the more active watch wearer.
CRYSTAL REPLACEMENT
As careful as we all try to be, bad things happen to good watches. If you find yourself with a broken crystal, we can replace most round sizes in house relatively quickly. For the more complicated watches or with more unique shapes, we can send it it our watch maker for an estimate.
ADVANCED WATCH REPAIR
For more advanced issues or servicing more complicated movements such as automatic and wind-up watches, we contract with a watch maker in the Boston jewelry district who is Rolex certified and has years of experience.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE A BATTERY AND DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Generally speaking, changing the battery can be done within a few minutes while you shop and does not require an appointment.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are currently accepting cash during the COVID situation and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
DO YOU GUARANTEE WATER RESISTANCY?
Although we are careful when closing watches back up and we can change out damaged gaskets, we cannot test for water resistancy on site. If you have a watch meant for water activities and would like it water sealed, we can send it to our watch maker and have it water tested.
IF YOU SEND OUT MY WATCH, HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE?
For more complicated watch repair, we contract a watch maker in the Boston jewelry district. These watches are hand delivered and do take a little more time to repair. Most repairs are complete within 4 weeks but depending on the repair and parts needed, it could take a little more time
